[2023] Memento backpack stops working

Memento backpack seems to be bugged since latest patch.. It starts off ok when picking up the trophy's i get the armor buff but after a while it stops working on trophy pick up . Then i have to unequip the backpack put on another backpack ., then reequip the memento backpack .
This is causing me a problem cause im running backfire
