[2019] Rifles are bugged and need a hotfix asap

There is something currently bugged with low rpm rifles. If you pull the trigger too fast, the gun will go a second or two without firing, completely destroying your dps. I don't know what you guys did but this entire weapon class is useless until you fix it so fix it fast please.
