[2020] Apparel Event Keys

So is there any point in playing right now, if I'm not going to receive apparel cache keys when I level up? I mean, will I receive all the keys I've collected thus far when the bug is fixed... or will I have to start from scratch?

And wasn't I supposed to get 1 free Apparel Event key just for logging in? Cause I didn't get one.
