I have permanently unlocked season 1,2 and 3 prime target missions for the manhunt and I can't seem to locate them. I really want the new skills from seasons 1,2,& 3. Please someone has to know something about this.

If you reached the necessary season levels to unlock them then you should be able to toggle the manhunt required. Go to a mission in game and when you select the difficulty there should be a toggle invasion and manhunt icon underneath.
