[2020] Vivian Conley doesn't work

Tried to take out Vivian Conley 2 minutes ago but the fire crane was malfunctioning. It refused to start, commited suicide and restarted, still nothing, rage quit, still nothing. Getting fed up and not sure how to fix it. Please save my soul!

I can confirm that this is a known issue and it will be fixed in an unscheduled maintenance tomorrow.
