[2022] Brand new invasion in DC has mission grey colors but still indicates its invaded

I just launched the game about 5 minutes ago, as a new Invasion is up. I noticed there were only 2 Red Normal Missions + the Capital and Tidal Basin Mission. However, hovering over Capital Building revealed to me that View Point Museum is the third Invaded location, but it is grey in color, not red. Image Attached

Is this a new bug?

Side: My account is secure, no one else has access to it and since i have not played a single mission yet, i should have 3 red missions + capital and tidal.
