So the issue I'm having is that I try to download the game. Everything goes smooth until its time to actually download it. It stays at 0%. Says downloading but does nothing.

Not sure what to do here. I have uninstalled the uplay app and reinstalled it. I turned off my firewall. I ran as admin. any assistance would be appreciated.
