This is the ONLY game that has EVER done this to me. I do most of my gaming at this time of day and I use the same internet connection for all of my games including this and Anthem. They all work fine at prime-time except THIS ONE! Stop making excuses for poor customer support and BUGS! Its bad enough that I have to buy another headset because D2 has yet another bug that renders Logitech headsets useless (no sound). I paid $60 bucks for yet another broken game!!! Anthem runs better than this PoS!!!

It could be as simple as your roommates catching up on whatever they're watching during that time, as a hypothetical. If the issue persists, I'd reach out to https://support.ubi.com . This will help us track that you're reporting this issue, and they may also send some troubleshooting steps your way.

I have heard that disabling the Logitech Gaming Software can alleviate the problem. Please let me know if this is not effective.
