[2019] Own basement

Man, these ideas would be so cool.

I don't know how technically difficult it would be to implement that into the game..but how cool would it be if you could re-use assets that are already in the game to customize your own office or room in whitehouse? Perhaps in the open world, if you see something you like, that is available for looting, like a painting or couch, and then tag it for collection, and friendly npc's would go out and pick it up for you.
