[2023] BUG: Game setting resetting almost every time

My Xbox Series X is brand new. Nothing but Division 2 installed. It is the only game I play on it.

That being said, almost every time that I start the game, the settings are reset to their default.
This is what I keep changing:

• No music;
• Show teammates skills;
• Open keyboard with D-Pad down;
• Weapon UI always shown;
• I also activate 2 or 3 options to reduce dizziness. UI glitch, camera shake and something else, I think.

For whatever reason, they do not save. I finish playing, turn down my Xbox, and when I resume playing, I know it's reset because I can hear the music. So back again to settings...

Can you help, please?
