For the solo players, you need to communicate to complete this raid, so you will need to step out of your comfort zone and get involved in some real team work, not just a party where everyone can do what they want. The best reward, the eagle bearer is and should be locked away behind the hardest content in the game.
Now that is out of the way, here it is......
Step one: Look for an active clan in your geographic location, join their discord and make some new friends to enjoy the game with.
Step two: Get advice on your build to get raid ready.
Step three: Raid with your new clan and do your best, learn and have fun.
Step four: Enjoy the chance of getting an Eagle Bearer or clan members dropping Eagle Bearers & gear sets for other clan mates if they already have them.
That's it. I personally was raiding within the first few hours of doing that and after many many runs, a friend I had made dropped me mine and now I am searching for more to share with others and having a good time doing it.
Match making might be OK sometimes but it will be painful. Play with the same guys and girls in your clan, have fun and start farming it efficiently!
