As per the title, I've tried submitting a request on 3 different computers and a tablet using a variety of browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) and either the "submit my case" button glitches and is no longer a clickable button or I receive the error message "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later.".
I tried this last night and again today, same result. Any help anyone's able to provide would be appreciated.
