For a casual gamer going solo, the game sucks ! Since the last update the NPC's are practically invincible. As well as being wiped out from behind cover from mysterious explosions! Then there is the A I suddenly surrounding you without warning or any visible sign.
Also I have a gear score of 452 & I complete control points solo & find gear way below what I need e.g. 440-450 . Are all these problems going to be addressed or shall I just give up trying to get better gear. I tried doing the missions, especially the last one I need the Tidal Basin solo, but it's not possible for me to do it solo & nobody seems to want to help me when I call for backup ! Could it be that it is too hard ?

Last point,,,Do Ubisoft ever think of solo casual gamers ? Not by the look of it, they seem to cater for multiply gamers now & we seem to be forgotten.
I did enjoy playing The Division 2 until the last update I was prepared to grind to get better gear. But now it seems like the only way I can get it is to team up. So my sense of achievement will be gone because the game is too hard for casual solo gamers....Well , gripe over, but it is true what I say,...they just don't care about us !!

Thank you everyone for all the different bits and pieces of advice for the OP. I think tcarlisle touched on a good point, once you get into the World Tiers, the difficulty bumps up a notch (separate from the World Tiers and Gear Score). This is when the different nuances of your build can make or break your power curve.

Take care to pay extra attention to exactly what skills/weapons/gear/sets you're running - you might not need to be optimized, but having a slapdash setup will definitely weigh you down if you're not ready for the extra weight.

Good luck to you, OP! If you're on PC I'll be sure to keep an eye out for you.
