[2022] After rollback burn sticky bug

i was rolled back from 18 to 12 . All the items were rolled back to 12 I had upgraded except the burn sticky which was rolled back to proficient only . My burn sticky was at 18 expertise . I invited a clan mate into game and his also was rolled back from 15 to just proficient.

because I like the upgraded burn sticky I went ahead and rolled it back up to my current level of 15 but this used a bunch of unnecessary materials including exotic components, shd , field recon , printer filament etc..

please look into this
