I purchased in-game currency through steam and got the verification on both my bank account and steam account but never recieved the in-game currency that i had just purchased. Could be issues just due to its recent jump to pc but I dont recommend in-game purchases for the time being

Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for currency to arrive in your account. Please see this article for further information. If your currency hasn't arrived yet after that time, and you are sure you have logged into the correct Ubisoft Connect account, I'd recommend reaching out to our support specialists directly, as they'll be able to take a closer look at the transaction and see what is happening.
