[2020] How to attach pictures and videos to our post/thread

Hello Agents i am experiencing issues with my game GUI i have addressed detailed issues in my earlier post "Main Mission DCD outcast invisible". I have been asked to supply video. although i tried attaching pictures of my in game play time but seems to me something is not right or am i doing something wrong. Please can some one advise me on how to attach pictures and videos to these thread here thanks...
