I'm sorry to hear that you've been unable to play any side missions for some time now. @Noxious81 asks some great questions - would you be able to answer these for us? This information will be useful for further investigation.
If you have been able to play side missions previously, can you let us know what the last side mission you completed was as well? If you have any additional images or videos that show how you're unable to access any more side missions, please share these with us within this thread for us to take a closer look at.
