whenever I play the game, the camera doesn't move around smoothly. it keeps moving as it's snapping around to where it would be. it's not a framerate issue as far as i am aware, since my framerate remains unaffected, but it makes the game unplayable as is since i literally can't aim or move as well.
anyone else having this issue and/or know how to fix this?

If this does not work please specify if the game is stored on an SSD or HDD (if it's on SSD please make sure that there is at least 90 GB free and the SSD health is in good shape)
