[2023] Game won't load.

I can only imagine this isn't something new.

OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10 Home
Version: 10.0.19045 Build 19045
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU
BaseBoard Product: ROG MAXIMUS X HERO (WI-FI AC) - XMP Profile 1
Installed Physical Memory (RAM): 32.0 GB
Graphics card: EVGA RTX 3080 XC3 (Also happened on my EVGA RTX 2080)

Selecting 'Play' after just installing.
Loads a black screen... Nothing else.
I can still control the game with keys and audio still plays from the game. Video just does not load.
No other game I play has this issue, or any issues loading, playing or otherwise.
Apex, CoDMW2, Battlefield 2042, Valorant, CSGO, Mechwarrior 5 - All working

I've seen videos about modifying System settings to get the game to play.

My frustration is, WHY should I have to change system settings to get this game to work where no other game has issues?

Also, how do I get this to run without changing system settings?

Hey there @TOGgledShot, sorry to see you're having some trouble getting visuals for the game.

Just to clarify things a bit, do you have multiple monitors connected to your PC? If so, can you grab a screenshot of your display settings for me? You can open that window by right clicking empty space on your desktop and clicking on "Display Settings." If possible, a list of the monitors and their model number will also be very helpful!

I will also need screenshots of the in-game graphics settings and the in-game display settings.

After grabbing those screenshots I would also recommend following our basic troubleshooting guide for PC
