I posted the video to the subreddit and it got removed and told me to post it here.
Basically what happened was I opened my last Apparel Event pack, then my game went black for a second or two and when I opened it again the apparel menu screen was still open but I could fully control my character and skills, even start missions, but once I opened my map it fixed itself. I don’t know how urgent it is, but it was definitely unexpected

Sorry to hear you've experienced an issue when opening your Apparel Event pack. It certainly sounds like a strange one by your description, and I'd love to see the video you recorded, so I can forward it to the devs for further investigation. Even if it's easy to work around, it's definitely something our team will be interested in fixing.
