Long time fan of The Division and I am trying to enjoy the new content but there are serious issues that need some addressing. I play primarily on PC even though I have played on PS4. The issues I keep having while trying to play countdown are mostly PC based issues:

  1. I play on US East servers and keep connecting to Asia/Europe servers causing extreme lag and connectivity issues. Why can the game not keep me to my region?
  2. Due to some weird audio glitch my game crashes due to frame rates being affected by audio???
  3. Most countdown games I am unable to pick up loot or see loot that has been dropped by killing hunters/npc's. (so I've probably missed out on some good loot)

Because of these three issues, and there are more but these top 3 are making it impossible to enjoy the new content. I know the content is new and there are probably fixes coming just wanted to inform the community.

Sorry to hear that you are experiencing multiple issues with Season 9 on PC.

In regards to the servers I am afraid it is not possible to manually change the servers and the game will connect you to the most suitable one available.

In regard to the other issues we ask that you complete the steps here to see if they help resolve them.
