[2019] Add talents to set items ?

Hi all.

I recently contacted the division 2 support team with the idea of adding talents to set items - cause right now I don't really see the use for them.
In order for them to put this on the agenda for future patches they would like to get feedback from the community about the interest.

So, if you would like to see talents like on high-end gear added to set gear to make it viable and 'better' than regular gear please give this post a thumbs up and vote 'yes'
