My main agent will not load in to the game. I play on a PS4 and my other Agents will load like normal, but my main Agent will start loading hit 9% and then sit there and go no farther. Would love some help with this

Thank you for reaching out to us with this, I'm sorry you're being impacted by long loading screens!
This is something that's being looked into by the team at the moment, but they're still welcoming more examples.
If possible, could you please capture a clip demonstrating the loading difference between your main and another one of your agents?
And may we please know the progression difference between each agent (what level is your main agent vs one of the agents who load in quicker)
