Sorry to see you might be missing out on some of the contents of the one time pack.
As @bward141989 implied, this may have happened because you have purchased the one time pack during a previous season. Either way, this issue is not something that we can help with publicly, so please open a case on the contact us page of the support website.
If you are not able to open a chat, click the "Submit My Case" button to open it as an email case instead.
