[2020] Severe Lag on PS4

Im experiencing severe lag since TU11. Ill empty a magazine into an NPC with no damage, its as if the game catches up and Im then suddenly dead, being killed by the same NPC. Armour packs dont apply, my gun stops firing, cant restock ammo, picking up loot has severe lag. A whole host of lag issues, its as if the game is catching up all the time, I have an Ethernet connection of 225Mbps and green connection to the server.
