Its quite mental i made over 10 Tickets and Ubisoft keeps brushing me off and keep saying that they are investigating im afraid i wont ever get my money back and they just took it.
Like getting your Prenium credits taken away because of a bug and then after 200 days they still havent returned it is a new low.
Any advice what i should do? This kind of isnt giving me a product i purchased.
Should i contact consumers rights?
