I do not have have Warlords of New York expansion.
Yet all of sudden i keep seeing control points in DC, being taken over by Cleaners from New York. Is that normal? Problem i have with that is they dont have any activities on the map, to get those control point alert level up. I also have noticed that i have progression for "Manhunt Jupiter" on my map, even tho it is at 0%. Also some of the missions all of a sudden lit blue as if they need to be completed. And even after completing them on any difficulty(story or higher) they stay lit as active., even in the description of the mission it says "replay".I also noticed lately that activities that raise alert level of control points can be held by different faction than control point itself.
just wondering if all of those things are normal, am i having issues?
