[2021] I am being bullied by a hacker.. what can i do?

Every day he kill me with wall hack and RPM, 20 times. I change server.. and after 10 minutes he somehow in the same server and use hacks on me again and again. I want to play in the dark zone because i like it. I know it's pvp and pve, i don't mind getting gank... but this player is a bully.
I may have killed him before, and now he's upset.
Can i use VPN and play on another region?
I have videos of this player hacking on me, should i give to someone?
