Hi Ubisoft/Massive & All.
I see that the bug of no access to the scope on the Marksman rifle "Sacrum Imperium".
I was under the impression that this scope issue was in the brief tester at it's launch and indication it will be fixed on main TU17 release, IT WAS NOT! FIXED AND STILL NOT FIXED.

I'm sorry to hear that the scope for your Marksman rifle isn't accessible to you.
At this time the issue is known by the team and being looked into.
Once there is an update on this, it will be announced on the Ubisoft social channels or forums.
