[2021] Did I lose my chances to thropies?

Hi! I just joined a back up call in division 2 and when I went out from the mission the game said that I was going to advance my tier in 5 seconds to tier 2, but I don't know if I really should? I just got to tier 1 (2 days ago or something like that) so I just wanted to check with you if the game bugged or not bcz I want to earn thropies on my PlayStation and don't want to lose the ability to do that.😔
I have been playing 2 days and 12h in total if that helps anyone answer my question 🥲
