[2023] Can't select Directives in Capitol mission

Hello, since a few months ago there's a problem related with the capitol mission directives. When I try to change the directives, for example deactivate them or activate some and not others, the change doesn't take place. 3 are selected and no matter how many times I deactivate them, they don't change. I've added a video below that I recorded with the problem. It's in Spanish but it should be understandable.
