The Exotic talent In plain sight is not properly resetting the cooldown of the Decoy after it expires.
I kill an enemy while it is active, The decoy expires, the buff is removed accordingly but, it doesnt reset the cooldown and I have to either wait for a few seconds before it is refreshed, or I kill another enemy with the mantis and refresh it straight off the bat since killing an enemy while the decoy is on cooldown is the only proper method of resetting the decoy cooldown.
