[2020] Apparel Event keys, and general apparel keys

We are aware of these issues with the Apparel keys not dropping and this is currently being looked into.

We apologize for the inconvenience this causes in the meantime.

The issue causing this should now be resolved.

redonyou89: We haven't received word on if Apparel Event Cache keys will be given out retroactively. Please keep an eye on The Division's Twitter and Forum pages for any details on this.

babalou2002: This issue should've been resolved as of October 7th. Can you confirm for me if this is not the case for you, and if so, please attach a video or screenshot showing that you have not gained an Apparel Event Cache key after leveling up today?
