Did they nerf the 4-pc Hack Step Protocol set bonus for this gear set?
It's been a while since I used it so not sure if I am remembering correctly, but now the entire bonus buff lasts less than 5 seconds. Hardly even worth the effort considering a 15-sec cool-down.
