basic troubleshooting steps for the PC to ensure that the issue isn't being caused by outdated software or missing files. Once these steps have been completed, the next best steps would be to reach out to our Technical Support teams over the
support website. When doing this, please make sure to
attach your MSINFO and DxDIAG files as well, so the teams can check on more specific errors that could be preventing the game from launching/running smoothly.
