[2020] Clan Retaliation

Recently, my clan was attacked by a few players that were kicked because of extremely toxic behavior towards other members including myself. We didn't realize that one of the people was still in the clan as an LT and he invited another player who was kicked months ago and promoted them to LT. That player then proceeded to kick active members and attempted to change the name of the clan. And he live streamed the whole thing on Youtube. Is there any action that can be taken against him?
