[2019] Game gets worse every week! Bosses not spawning.

So I've noticed more and more that on missions where multiple bosses spawn at once one often never does, just did Space admin. HQ and of corse the boss that doesn't spawn is Tidy so 4 high ends out the window. This game is just becoming a runaway train please get a grip on it before it becomes a train wreck.
