[2020] probleems with paying IDEAL

so I was trying to pay to one-time offer, with IDEAL. so I was on plan to do that but it didn't want to open the bar to select my bank.
I did it with a other dlc and it also didn't work.
so I looked on the forums and didn't find anything to.
