[2022] After TU16.4 Update, unable to change maps - game crashes to dashboard

Platform: XBOX Series S

Following the TU16.4 update, game crashes to the dashboard upon accessing the map. No error message, game just exits

EVERY time I attempt to select Washington (while in NYC) or NYC (while in Washington), the game momentarily freezes with a slight buzzing sound before crashing to the (XBOX) dashboard. The problem also occurs occasionally while just accessing the map to navigate. The only way I can change maps (Washington to/from NYC) is by being in another player's lobby. Resetting the game, power-resetting my console, recycling my modem, have no impact on the problem.


NOTE: Attempt to report problem via UbiSoft support (https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/contact) but clicking "Submit my Case" does nothing.  I hope this forum gets a response.
