I recently attained level 30 and world tier 1. Still getting used to how much more challenging it is compared to the story missions. Getting destroyed every time I pop my head out of cover to shoot something, or when running from cover to cover. figured I will mess around in world tier 1 as much as possible to get my gear and specialization skills up before going to world tier 2 and above.

I did some searching and it seems like black tusk bounties are the way to go to achieve this. On Tuesday, I went to go see Otis in the White House, did the three black tusk bounties he had, didn't even cost me any target Intel... great! Got my specialization points, and all was well. I checked back with Otis on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and this morning, no more black tusk bounties are available. I thought this was supposed to reset every day? Or are the black tusk bounties only once a week? Is this a bug?

I know the invaded missions give spec points, and field proficiency caches from xp, (I don't think I can level up control points yet at world tier 1 I don't see any lines on my map from the control point to nearby activities) But I thought the black tusk bounties were a daily thing you could farm daily to level up your specialization more quickly, especially after you have completed the invaded missions. Is this a bug? Or is it only weekly reset, and we are "forced" to grind xp for caches and do invaded missions...thats it? Any tips to advance my specializations would be greatly appreciated.
