I found a bug in The Division 2 about the components, I have the Titanium which exceeded the limit of 9999 imposed by the game, I prefer to report the bug which happened 2 days ago it did not do it before when I was already at 9999 Titanium, I am attaching a photo so that you can see for yourself.

If you haven't already, can you please run through our basic troubleshooting steps just to be safe?
Also, have you been able to replicate this with any of the other resources, or just titanium? And if you create a new character as a test, do they have more titanium than they should start with/are they over the resource cap too?
