[2019] Why are my posts being deleted?

It wasn't me.



I did check your profile on the back-end and I'm not seeing anything weird, but I am seeing that post histories look incomplete (including with some mods). It may be a more general problem. I can't confirm right now but we're keeping an eye on it.

I'm going to need more information to investigate this. Please PM me if you have any more specifics about which posts of yours were deleted. If it was a deliberate decision by a mod, then there was probably a reason for it that I can get for you.

I'm closing this thread just in case it was a moderator deleting the post deliberately, as "moderation actions" aren't allowed to be discussed publicly, per forum rules.

There are multiple non-moderator reasons that random posts could disappear, like the thread you posted in being created by a user that the forums mistakenly thought was a spammer.
