[2019] WIsh they would rework the Armor Kit speciality perks in the trees

Haven't looked at the Grenade Launcher tree but the Armor Kit perk for Sharpshooter and Crossbow aren't helpful at all. Only recover 50% of armor for a random less meaningful benefit then recover a portion only to get more resist for status effects for like 10 seconds...pointless.
