[2021] [Bug/Glitch]mouse keeps leaving game onto second monitor

Title says it all. I know others have had this issue but I haven't found anything recent. I'm not running BDO in the background and the game is fullscreen. My mouse is Razer Deathadder v2 and I'm running windows 10 latest build. Basically I just stop turning and my mouse cursor appears on my second monitor and won't go back to normal until I hit esc and then back to game. But this happens so often that it's literally unplayable unless I completely disable second monitor. I have tried a number of different solutions to no avail.

AMD Ryzen 5 5800x
32gb ddr4 3600mhz ram
Nvidia rtx 2070 super
Msi X570 motherboard (latest bios)
