It's been about 3 months since me and my friend Wretched_Knight completed the tasks, I invited him in the game via this website https://www.ubisoft.com/en-gb/game/the-division/the-division-2/friend-referral, we completed main missions and since than no one of us has gotten the rewards. Is there still a chance to receive them? On the moment I invited a friend I've been an owner of the game for a long time and played around 15 hours.

The way it works is there will usually be an email sent to confirm your rewards have been granted to your account, which should be within 24 hours of a reward level being met. For more information regarding your reward progression, have a look here. Additional information can also be found in this article.
Should rewards remain missing after 24 hour period, we will need to have a closer look at your account, therefore so that we could do so, please get through to us directly via one of the channels below:
