To go back to Washington DC (in the event that you have a Weekly Black Tusk or a Daily Black Tusk Project to complete), DO NOT TALK TO CASEY BELL at Haven. That will only crash your game. Instead, hit the Map Button on your respective console and select Washington DC Map from the NYC Map. If you do talk to Casey Bell, then the game will crash.
Hey @mkim31, thanks for sending this in! I was about to report this and pass the message along but I checked the Trello board and it looks like there have already been a few changes.
Just to confirm, if you're talking about the known issue listed here: (https://trello.com/c/bHNkYsF5/65-stability-traveling-from-new-york-back-to-dc-can-cause-the-game-to-crash) then it seems someone already fixed the detail you pointed out.
Let me know if this is the wrong known issue or if I am mistaken, and I'll get it reported for you
