Hi. I left my some of my rewards caches from the Golden Bullet event unclaimed until the reset (2x Named, 2x Exotics, 2x Legacy). Logged into my Hardcore agent, and transferred them from the mail box (very grateful that your team fixed the issue with caches not transferring to the mail box, by the way). I opened the exotics, no issue. Opened the Named, all is well.

When I opened both Legacy caches, I got a "No materials Received" message, and no items. I had the presence of mind to record video on my x-box, but I have no idea how I upload it to here. I'm not really expecting replacement items, but if your team doesn't know the issue exists, then they can't fix it. If there's anything I can provide to help the process, I'd be happy to do so. Thanks for your time.
