I've run the invaded Roosevelt stronghold 10+ times in the last 3 days, and the Nemesis part will not drop from Shorty. A friend ran it with me once during that time and it dropped for him, but it refuses to do so for me, and the week is almost over!

Sorry to see you're having issues obtaining the Nemesis part!
Do you happen to have any screenshots showing that particular stronghold mission as completed and the part not in your inventory?
