I was just running through Manning Zoo on legendary. After boarding the mono rail and loading into the game my character could run around the map, shoot enemies etc, but my skills were bugged. I.e. would not deploy. However if I deployed my drone it wound damage enemies, but I could not see it on my screen.
Also, As I was running around I noticed my teammates were stationary in the same place, but were taking damage. Once my teammates were down or killed I could run back to the spot where we left the mono rail and revive them. Similarly if I went down my teammates could revive me, even though they were not on my screen.
This continued to happen for a series of encounters as we moved forward. I have captured videos of the encounters to show what was happening.
At all times I was the only person on my screen, but obviously still active as part of a team, I just couldn’t see them.
Does the problem happen every time you run through the Manning Zoo ?
