[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Missing Wire quest

Hi, I'm attempting to complete find and complete the missing wire side quest as it is the only way to get a particularly good mod.

Unfortunately I cannot start the quest as the mission giver is not there, are there specific prerequisits I need to satisfy in order to start the mission or is it bugged??

Grateful for any help or advice.

Hey cutla! I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble accessing this mission in The Division 2. Can you please provide screenshots showing the NPC missing along with your exact location on the map? You can include them in your next comment, or you can upload them in a case at support.ubi.com in case a member on the forums cannot respond in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience!
